오늘 소개시켜드릴 요리는 소고기 요리 5가지 입니다.


소고기에는 비타민 B가 풍부해서, 성장에도 도움을 받고, 요즘과 같이 면역력이 자칫 떨어질수 있는 환절기때도 도움을 받는다고 해요.

또 부위가 좀 많습니까?

hello you lovely people one of the favorite proteins of choice around the
world I'm gonna give you five things t odo with the glorious piece to prove that
turkey isn't the only meat for Christmas beef can be as well you're gonna love
this beautiful glaze beef ribs with an amazing slow this guy's is one of my
ones I think you're gonna like so I've got to beef short ribs right here season
it with some soap and a really generous seasoning of pepper
so what I want to do is have a closed environment and then we're going to
whack this in the oven for about eight hours
check this out the meat is kind of shrunk back off the bone
you've got the most incredible light roast beef juice get your pan on for 
milliliters of ketchup dark stout four teaspoons of mustard four teaspoons of
malt vinegar  tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce four teaspoons of
golden syrup will turn that heat off but over time in and around all i need to do
now is pop this back in the oven next time you see me I won't have a
jumper because i'm really really hot who okay that's a little bit cooler it's
literally like coming through butter look at ten days his jeers
melt-in-your-mouth amazing now i'm sure that tickled your taste
buds but the next recipe is awesome is a fantastic beef slow-cooked stew
Argentinian style this is an amazing recipe cooked by my Argentinian sister
friend Lisa tas Rosario you're gonna love it so i will cut into pcs here i'm
using one pillar of ramping salt pepper would amount of value boy
and one garlic which i will crash as we want the meat to develop a crust
don't touch it but that craft it's amazing
half a glass of wine now add  chopped on you won chopped red bell pepper one
spring onion to already peeled tomatoes pumpkin bigger tight carrots bigger
slices corn wheels would now it's time for the rezoning so I salt pepper with
ground pepper paprika oregano i will add tomato sauce  grams six cups of stock

the salad done now it's make the dressing on a teaspoon of garlic puree
one lime a tablespoon of miram a teaspoon of fish sauce and then a
tablespoon of vegetable oil now let's get the rest of the salad in
there okay now the beef is sat there for about two or three minutes and now we're
going to slice into it

this next recipe we're mixing up meat and gizzy Erskine has got a brilliant
recipe for meatballs yes she doesn't amazing job and God check out these
meatballs it's no good just some olive oil into
the pan some rain and some fresh thyme we have some minced beef and some
minutes for my magical really heavily seasoned salt n pepper as well just
shake them into people's I'm gonna go for a full size three onions olive oil
hot pan so next honestly as a whole but garlic so this been going for about 
minutes and i'm going to put in these tomorrow's big tablespoon of tomato
puree how a teaspoon of sugar these have been resting in the fridge
for about an hour while the source has been cooking i'm going to pull our
source into here and then let that was up and get smooth pop in how load of
basel so meatballs hot pan ready to go right so we're just going to lay these
up i can get this bastard all holding their shape now and they can go into a
gravy fresh telly telly songs are brilliant thing for when you do pastor
they just make everything easier no meatball dish would be finished with
that Parmesan cheese next up we've got a dumpling sisters yes
they're doing an amazing beef in oyster source asian-style it's gonna be amazing

space is a really classic Cantonese one and we'll start off of the most
straightforward ingredients a pinch of salt half a teaspoon of granulated sugar
a tablespoon of vegetable oil and tablespoons of water first we have
bicarbonate of soda just half a teaspoon next we have cauliflower one-and-a-half
tablespoons of this lastly we have shouting rice wine  tbsp
 tablespoon of finely diced ginger so when you do now is just give it a good
mix in couple clingfilm and leave to marinate in the fridge for at least an
hour going to start looking back putting in one-and-a-half tablespoons of
vegetable oil / hayee then goes one clove of garlic and  teaspoons of diced up ginger now and goes the beef and
broccoli along with  tablespoons of oyster sauce and stir through college
professor fire make it really saucy we're going to end the call that flour 
teaspoon of cornflour mix in with five tablespoons of super look at how lush
